Andrew is an accomplished composer, producer, and musician. He has composed the music for several award-winning BBC series, composed music for adverts by Nike and Canon, and had something on television, somewhere in the world, every week for the last 20 years.
He was signed by Miles Copeland and released two albums under the name Zohar, one on Universal International, the other on MAC3 Artists.
Andrew has written, performed, or recorded with Narada Michael Walden, Jamiroquai, Incognito, Nitin Sawhney, Jocelyn Brown, Terry Callier, Khaled and Shirley Bassey.
He has written music and provided sound design for games, including Guitar Hero and Little Big Planet 3.
Andrew lectured at Surrey University for 10 years which included writing, delivering, and marking his own module for the undergraduate music degree program. He was on the bass faculty at London Music School. Private students have included Dave Parsons (Bush) and Liran Donin (Led Bib/Polar Bear). He has been called on to speak at conferences and deliver workshops covering a wide range of topics. Andrew was an elected member of the Media Executive at BASCA for five years and a PCAM Committee Member.
He is a recipient of the World Music Peace Award and has been nominated for an Ivor Novello Award.
Andrew has undertaken forensic audio and restoration work for the Metropolitan Police and Home Office and has done the audio branding for companies such as Black Rock and The Brunswick Group.
